I’m sitting here trying to write a description for this book that has been a part of my life for the past two years, but the words are hard to find. Maybe it is because there is a five year old asking an endless string of questions next to me. Maybe it is because I don’t know how to sum up all my emotions and feelings about this book into a few small paragraphs.

I am passionate about birth and how we bring our babies into this world. It matters how their lives begin. I believe God designed your body to safely birth your baby and has an absolutely amazing experience for you.

But do you know that?

Inside this book I have compiled 30 coloring pages with a very short corresponding meditation. Each page is printed on some seriously heavy duty paper that will stand up to almost any medium you chose to color with.

Once you have colored your pages, cut them out and hang them in your home or birthing space. Allow these words to become a part of you, dwell on them and speak them over yourself and your baby.

If you aren’t pregnant right now, I am sure you know a pregnant mama who could use some encouragement. Even if this is her 5th baby, a book like this could make all the difference to her.
