I am so glad you found your way here. If you already have this book in your hands then I am so happy for you! If you don’t have your own copy yet, get your butt over to the store and buy one!

I wanted to share with you further instructions on how to get the most out of this book, in case you are a person that likes directions and guidance.

1. Color the pages!

   • Anything from copic markers to colored pencils would work well.

   • While coloring, think about the phrase on the paper and how you could better apply it to your life and/or your upcoming birth.

2. Cut the pages out!

   • Use a paper cutter or scissors to cut out and trim the pages.

   • Most can be cropped to fit an 8x10in frame.

3. Hang up your pages!

   • Once the pages are cut out feel free to hang them up where ever you would see them the best.

     • Frame and hang

     • Clip pages to a string with clothes pins

     • Thumbtack

     • Tape

     • However you’d like!

   • If you are birthing at home hang them throughout the house.

   • If you are birthing at a hospital take a handful of your favorites with you.
